In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jjwen", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jjwen platform, its operators, owners, subsidiaries, and affiliates responsible for operating the website accessible at https://jjwen.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any part of the jjwen platform.
• "Platform" means the jjwen website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated software, tools, games, sportsbook, and services made available through jjwen.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jjwen platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, which may be used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback, or reward credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a jjwen promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money gaming transaction placed by a Player on a casino game or sportsbook market offered on the jjwen platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under applicable regulations and jjwen's internal compliance policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the jjwen platform.

By accessing the jjwen platform — whether by registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or simply browsing the website — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the jjwen platform.

jjwen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

These Terms should be read alongside jjwen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and jjwen.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jjwen, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person of sound mind with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion request previously submitted to jjwen.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjwen, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Your use of the jjwen platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on jjwen. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jjwen reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jjwen strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify jjwen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jjwen will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to promptly notify us of a suspected breach.

Account Verification (KYC)

jjwen operates a risk-based KYC programme. Verification may be requested at any stage — including prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when our compliance team flags an Account for review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jjwen may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, Account closure.

Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jjwen support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure — subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

jjwen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) jjwen is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) your Account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; or (d) you are determined to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

jjwen supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions on the jjwen platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwen does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jjwen bears no responsibility.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and credited to your Wallet immediately upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast) may take up to one business day to reflect in your Wallet, depending on the processing times of the respective institution.
• jjwen does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the details provided during KYC verification.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one business day. VIP-tier Account holders benefit from expedited processing, typically within a few hours of request submission.
• jjwen reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are communicated within the Account dashboard.

jjwen offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Wallet balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, standard wagering requirements for jjwen bonuses apply. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or use of automated tools — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
• jjwen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting any bonuses already validly claimed by Players prior to such modification.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate Accounts will be treated as a violation of Section 3 of these Terms.

All Wagers placed on the jjwen platform — whether on casino games or sportsbook markets — are subject to jjwen's game-specific and sport-specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity on jjwen:

• A Wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by jjwen's system and a confirmation reference has been issued to your Account.
• jjwen reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, the Wager stake will be returned to your Wallet.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time prior to Wager confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of Wager confirmation are the final odds applicable to that Wager.
• jjwen reserves the right to impose maximum Wager limits on any game, event, or market, and to restrict the Wagering activity of specific Accounts where jjwen determines this is necessary for risk management purposes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager outcome, jjwen's system records and game logs shall be the definitive reference. The decision of jjwen's management team shall be final in all disputes.
• Winnings from valid Wagers will be credited to your real-money Wallet balance promptly following settlement of the relevant game round or event.

jjwen is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to Players seriously. jjwen has integrated the following responsible gaming tools directly into the Account dashboard, accessible to all Players at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure automatic reminders that notify them after a chosen duration of continuous play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwen platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated strategy with other Players to exploit game mechanics or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, systems, or data.
• Using the platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or impairs jjwen's servers or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jjwen staff or other Players.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or jjwen's security measures.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jjwen platform — including but not limited to the jjwen brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and underlying technology — are owned by or licensed to jjwen. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in jjwen's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwen platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the jjwen platform without jjwen's prior written consent.

jjwen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account on jjwen, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjwen implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit using 256-bit SSL technology. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plaintext by jjwen staff.

jjwen will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with third parties who assist in the operation of the platform — such as payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud prevention partners — and only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service. All such third parties are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwen's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjwen Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwen shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if jjwen was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or interruptions beyond jjwen's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, and force majeure events).

jjwen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjwen will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players — for example, via an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account — prior to the amended Terms coming into effect.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the jjwen platform before the amended Terms come into force and contact support to initiate Account closure and balance withdrawal. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwen holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jjwen platform, you should first contact jjwen's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jjwen commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to working in good faith to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority specified in the terms of jjwen's operating licence. jjwen's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, Wager settlement, and platform rules shall be final and binding, subject only to any rights available under the applicable dispute resolution framework.
